Halflife started as a personal frustration. It became the peace-of-mind tool everyone running a health protocol deserves.
I built Halflife because I was the person who needed it and couldn't find it anywhere.
I was running tirzepatide alongside BPC-157, CJC-1295, and ipamorelin — juggling three different apps, a spreadsheet for reconstitution math, and a notes app for injection sites. Every week I was manually calculating how active each compound was, when to inject, and how much to draw. It was stressful, time-consuming, and honestly exhausting.
I tried every tracker on the market. GLP-1 apps ignored peptides entirely. Peptide apps didn't touch hormones or GLP-1s. Nothing understood what it meant to run multiple compounds with completely different half-lives, dosing frequencies, and reconstitution requirements all at once.
So I built Halflife — not because I wanted to start a company, but because I wanted one place that just made sense of my protocol. Each profile identifies its source and evidence tier. Where a human value is not known, the page says so or explicitly labels the lower-confidence value and resulting curve as an estimate. The peace of mind is the point.
What I wanted was simple: open the app, see where every compound stands, know when to inject next, and not have to think about it again. That's what Halflife does. And it's what I wish I'd had from day one.
Reviewer scope: source and terminology review of selected pharmacokinetic content. This review does not validate self-reported outcomes, independently test the app, provide medical advice, or convert an estimated curve into a measured concentration. External credential and profile links are not currently published on this website. See our methodology →
Give everyone running a peptide, TRT, or GLP-1 protocol the clarity, confidence, and calm they deserve.
Managing a health protocol shouldn't require a pharmacology degree or three different apps. It should feel effortless — one clear view of every compound, every dose, every level. That's what Halflife is built to deliver, using the same pharmacokinetic math trusted by clinicians, simplified for everyday people.
Every compound in one place — GLP-1s, peptides, TRT. See your estimated remaining levels at a glance, track doses, and never lose track of a vial again.
Profiles cite their inputs and evidence tier. Curves are mathematical estimates, not measured blood concentrations. If a relevant value is not known, it should be labeled unknown.
Your protocol data is stored on your device — not sold, not shared, not uploaded unless an optional data-sharing feature is enabled. Private by design, always.
Halflife Labs works with compounding pharmacies, telehealth platforms, and peptide research teams interested in better observational data on how people track stacked protocols. Our initial opt-in studies are currently in active collection, and we'd love to connect with organizations building in this space.
