Halflife started as a personal tool. It became a data infrastructure company.
I started Halflife because I was the person who needed it and couldn't find it.
I was running tirzepatide alongside BPC-157, CJC-1295, and ipamorelin — managing three different apps, a spreadsheet for reconstitution math, and a notes app for injection sites. Every week I was manually calculating how active each compound was, when to inject, how much to draw. It was consuming and error-prone.
I looked at every existing tracker. Shotsy handled GLP-1s but ignored peptides entirely. Peptide apps didn't touch hormones or GLP-1s. Nothing understood what it meant to run multiple compounds with completely different half-lives, frequencies, and reconstitution requirements simultaneously.
So I built Halflife. Not as an app company — as the data infrastructure layer this entire category has been missing. Every compound half-life is sourced directly from FDA prescribing labels and peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic studies. The curves you see in the app are the same math used in clinical pharmacology.
The real opportunity isn't the app. It's the longitudinal real-world dataset it generates — the first of its kind for stacked GLP-1, peptide, and hormone protocols. That dataset is what will change how this entire category is understood.
Build the real-world evidence layer that the GLP-1 and peptide generation deserves — and make it available to everyone running a protocol.
The clinical trials that established GLP-1 dosing protocols enrolled highly controlled populations with weekly blood draws and clinical oversight. Real-world users stack compounds, miss doses, change protocols, and get results that look nothing like the trials. We're building the infrastructure to understand what actually happens.
The only tracker built for stackers — GLP-1s, peptides, and TRT in a single protocol view. Powered by FDA-sourced pharmacokinetic data.
Longitudinal real-world data from opted-in users running stacked protocols. The dataset that doesn't exist anywhere else.
API infrastructure for telehealth platforms, compounding pharmacies, and pharmaceutical data licensing partners.
