By downloading, installing, or using Halflife ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users including free tier and Pro subscribers.
Halflife is a personal logging and tracking application for individuals recording self-administered compound protocols including GLP-1 medications, research peptides, and hormone replacement therapy. The App provides dose logging, pharmacokinetic visualisation, vial inventory management, and personal health metric tracking.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before beginning, modifying, or discontinuing any medication, peptide, or hormone protocol.
Many compounds users may log — including BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, and Retatrutide — are not approved by the FDA for human use. These are sold legally for research purposes only in many jurisdictions. Halflife does not sell, supply, recommend, or endorse any compound. By logging research compounds, you acknowledge you are doing so entirely at your own risk and in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You agree to: use the App only for lawful personal purposes; take full responsibility for decisions made in connection with your use; not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
You agree not to: reverse engineer or extract source code from the App; use the App to provide medical advice to other people; attempt to circumvent the subscription system.
Free Tier: Limited features, no payment required.
Pro Subscription: Monthly, annual, or lifetime options. All payments processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases. Halflife does not directly handle payment information.
Cancellation: Via Apple ID account settings. Access continues until end of current billing period. Refunds handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Lifetime Purchase: Grants Pro access for as long as the App is maintained. We do not guarantee indefinite availability.
Streak Restore: Available as a consumable In-App Purchase. Non-refundable.
The App, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Halflife Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PHARMACOKINETIC CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HALFLIFE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING HEALTH OUTCOMES RELATED TO COMPOUND USE, DATA LOSS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS, OR $10 USD FOR FREE USERS.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App. We may update these Terms and will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Austrian courts.

Halflife is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, or any pharmaceutical manufacturer. All medication names and brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
"Halflife Labs" refers to Halflife Labs and its founder Ziad Soliman, operating halflife-labs.com and related services. "Partner" refers to the organisation or individual entering into a commercial or research agreement with Halflife Labs. "Services" refers to API access, dataset licensing, research collaboration, or white-label integration as specified in the applicable agreement.
These Partner Terms of Service form the general terms governing all B2B relationships with Halflife Labs. They are supplemented by a separate Statement of Work or Data Use Agreement specifying the specific Services, fees, data scope, and duration of each engagement. In case of conflict, the Statement of Work prevails.

Halflife Labs reserves the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms or for non-payment with 7 days written notice.
Licensed datasets are provided for the specific use case and duration specified in the Statement of Work. Partners:
Partners licensed to white-label the Halflife tracking engine within their own platform:
Fees are specified in the Statement of Work. Unless otherwise agreed: invoices are due net-30 from issue date; late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month; Halflife Labs may suspend access after 14 days of overdue payment with 7 days written notice.
Halflife Labs retains all intellectual property rights in its data, algorithms, pharmacokinetic models, and software. Partners receive a limited licence to use the outputs of our Services as specified in the Statement of Work. No ownership of underlying IP is transferred.
Partners retain ownership of their own patient data, platform code, and any analyses they generate independently using our data outputs. Any jointly developed tools or methodologies will be addressed in a separate IP assignment agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's non-public business information, including pricing, technical specifications, and unreleased product plans. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.
HALFLIFE LABS PROVIDES DATA AND API SERVICES "AS IS" FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR CLINICAL PURPOSE OF ANY DATA OR PHARMACOKINETIC OUTPUT. HALFLIFE LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLINICAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR DATA OR OUTPUTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER ANY AGREEMENT EXCEED THE FEES PAID TO HALFLIFE LABS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days written notice. Halflife Labs may terminate immediately for material breach including non-payment, IP violations, or attempted re-identification of users. Upon termination, all licences cease and Partner must destroy all datasets per Section 4.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Enterprise agreements with US entities may specify US governing law by mutual agreement in the Statement of Work.
